Hakro Replacement Hot Foil Systems

Are you looking for a replacement hot foil stamping system for your Hakro conversion kit? Or to replace an original Heidelberg foiling machine?

Here at Profoil, we manufacture the latest and most advanced hot foil conversion unit available on the International market for Heidelberg platen machines and similar clamshell style machines. Hakro Germany have offered solutions for the European market for many years but now more demanding systems are required.

The Foil Expert foil pull unit has been designed to work with or without retaining your machines printing capabilities. Solutions are available for both the 10″ x 15″ and the 13″ x 18″ sized Tiegel platens.

We also provide the latest technology honeycomb heater plates that utilise the industry standard toggle hook die fixing system, which is an improved fixing method to the original and the Hakro heater plate system. A toggle hooks change is most noteworthy, because it allows for faster die positioning with micro adjustment technology and furthermore it’s only 6kg in weight!

The Foil Expert offers multi-step in program solutions which can cope with advanced hologram registration foil pull patterns. With up to 3 lengths per program, 99 pulls per length and high detail pull resolution down to 1mm, the Foil Expert is a professional solution for serious hot foil stamping printers. As a result, you can improve your hot foil stamping accuracy and efficiency.

The Foil Expert conversion kit has been sold in the UK, Germany, France, the United States and other countries across Europe. Profoil exhibited the machine at the Drupa Show in Düsseldorf, Germany in June 2017 with great success.

We have manufactured all parts to a high level of safety and as a result, the conversion kit is CE certified with all parts widely available on the European market. The unit requires a 220-240V single-phase power source to operate. This may require you to have a qualified engineer to help install your replacement Foil Expert system to your machine.
